Beginning & end of the stay

The fee does not include
– Final cleaning of the apartment (mandatory and to be paid on site, advance payment) 60 euros for the two-room apartment, 60 euros for the three-room apartment.
– Bed linen and towels changed weekly 15 euros per person per week.
– Security deposit Euro 200.00 per unit, to be paid on site.
– Tourist tax (not paid by children under 14.
– See municipal regulation 2 euros per person for the entire duration of the stay).
– Consumption of electricity, water and gas (€30.00 per week, per housing unit).
– Cot, on request (€40.00 per week).
Services on request
– Bathroom linen (on request Euro 15 per person and per change).
Supplements per week
– Extra bed in Trilo 6 €80.00 in the period from 20/07 to 2/09, €50.00 in the remaining periods.
Pets
– Only small pets allowed, to be reported at the time of booking under penalty of cancellation of the stay. Extra cleaning costs 100 euros.
Booking and payment
The booking will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the confirmatory deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay and only with the booking confirmation message from the Management. Only in this way is the booking and therefore the stay confirmed. The deposit is retained if the customer does not show up on the day established for the start of the stay.
